Late WWII US Army 81st Infantry Division (aka Wildcat) Patch-Type DI

This is a circa late World War II patch-type distinctive insignia for the United States 81st Infantry Division, aka "Wildcat". The insignia is a black cat against an olive drab background.

Circa late World War II.

Approximately 7/8" in diameter.

Gilt brass, enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
