Late WWII US Army 39th Infantry (aka Delta) Division Patch-Type DI

This is a circa late World War II patch-type distinctive insignia for the United States Army 39th Infantry Division, also known as "Delta Division". The insignia is a capital D within a triangle (delta sign).

Circa late World War II.

Approximately 7/8" in height and 13/16" in width.

Gilt brass, enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
