Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a late World War II Luftwaffe Ground Assault Badge in excellent condition, unmarked, but most likely by M.u.K. The badge is a wreath of oak leaves with an eagle carrying a swastika past a thunderbolt at center.

VINTAGE:

Late WWII.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 1-11/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated Zinc.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical T-style pin with "C" clasp.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a Nazi German collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJJX17 LCCEX01/19 SCJJX05/14/22

CONDITION:

8+ (Excellent): Badge has only slight wear, but most of the plating has let go from the zinc.
