This is an Asian-made United States Navy submarine patch for the nuclear-powered submarine USS Gurnard SSN-66She was launched from Mare Island in Vallejo, California on May 20, 1967, and served, most notably in the Arctic, until April 1995.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-1/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester/silk threads.
