This is a circa late 1950s pilot wing 2nd issue for North Central Airlines of St. Paul-Minneapolis, Minnesota.. North Central was originally begun as Wisconsin Central in 1948, and later merged with Southern Airways to form Republic Airlines. The center of the wing has a blue enameled Canada goose.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 11/16" in height and 3-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver-plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.
