This is an early 1950s pilot wing for Capitol Airlines. The wing has a very three-dimensional convex globe at its center topped by a star.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 3-1/8" in width and 3/8" in thickness.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two screw posts with disc backings.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows some small areas of light wear and tarnish.
