ARTIFACT: This is a large circa 1910s or 1920s employee badge for the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company. The company was incorporated in the State of California in 1907. The badge is enameled in cobalt blue and was made by C.G. Braxmar Company of New York. It is numbered 3747.

VINTAGE: Circa 1910s - 1920s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/16" in height and 2-1/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with forked locking catch.

MARKINGS: C.G. BRAXMAR CO. 10 MAIDEN LANE N.Y.

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): The badge shows some abrasions and there are some small areas of enamel missing.
