Just Shy of Mint: Beautiful Bronze Panzer Assault Badge Marked AS (Adolf Scholze)

This is a beautiful, just shy of mint, high-quality World War II German Panzer assault badge in a scarce bronze grade marked A.S. by Adolf Scholze. The badge is an oval wreath of oak leaves framing a tank, with an eagle and swastika at its top.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-7/16" in height and 1-11/16" in width.

Bronzed zinc with brass & metal findings.

Vertical kick pin with "C" catch.

A.S. maker's mark.
