This is an enameled 10 karat gold nursing graduation pin from Henry Heywood Memorial Hospital in Gardner, Massachusetts. It is in the shape of a cross with a caduceus at center, and is engraved with the original owner's initials on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa 1954.
SIZE:Approximately 5/8" square.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:10 karat gold, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:S.J. 10KTP (10K top) P.B.M. 1954.
