Imperial Bavarian Veterans Ribbon from Attenkirchen

This is an Imperial Bavarian veterans ribbon that reads VET. & KRIEG. VER. on one end and ATTENKIRCHEN on the other. The pin part, which reads BAYER KRIEGERBUND 1874, is a shield showing the Kaiser's cross at top and a lion at rest.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 3-7/8" in height (including ribbon) and 1-1/8" in width.

Silver-plated nickel and silk ribbon.

Horizontal safety-type pin with saddle.
