This is a Great "Salty" World War II US Coast Guard USCG Ensign No. 5 with Period End Repair. Great Small Displayable Frameable Size. Printed wool body, Cotton Bunting, brass/bronze Grommets.

Approximately 15" in height x 23-1/4" in width.
