Great, rare circa 1960 Volkswagen Club of Rhode Island license plate topper or car badge. The center of the badge shows the company's initials "VW" in red with an anchor behind, the outer edge is blue and reads: "VOLKSWAGEN CLUB OF RHODE ISLAND".

Approximately 5-1/2" in height x 3-1/2" in width.

Painted steel.

Three holes for attachment to plate or vehicle.

7- (Very Fine-): The plate topper/badge shows moderate to heavy wear, paint flaked from letters in Rhode Island, small area of oxidation near holes for attachment, much of the painted details remain intact.
