This is a Cool Old Ca 1940's - 1950's Commonwealth of Massachusetts Constable Auto Badge or License Plate Topper.

Circa 1940's - 1950's.

Approximately 5-1/8" in height x 3-13/16" in width.

Lacquered brass with painted details.

Hole for attachment to license plate or vehicle.
