ARTIFACT: Great early 1960's PANAGRA airline pilot DC-8 qualification lapel pin. The center depicts a globe showing Central and South American continents and through the center it reads: "PANAGRA" and an enameled wing shows the number "8"

VINTAGE: Circa early 1960's

SIZE: About 5/8" in width by 3/4" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold plated brass with enamel accent.

ATTACHMENT: Single post with clutch-back catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The pin you will receive will be either the one pictured or one differing, if at all, in only the smallest details. This is from an airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. LEJX VAX9/97 SLHEX11/15 SeVACJX03/07/22

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The pin shows minor to moderate surface wear, nearly all the enamel details remain intact.
