This is a great circa 1930 United States Air Corps bronze plaque. The plaque reads PARATI DEFENDERE (Ready to Defend) beneath the bust of a swashbuckling pirate.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930.
SIZE:Approximately 4-7/8" height and 6-7/8" width and 3/8" depth.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Bronze.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): Plaque has some light to medium wear and spots of oxidation.
