Description
Very nice, circa 1930 United States Air Corps 6th Bomb Group Distinctive Insignia. This example is a right-facing swashbuckler with a skull and crossbones tattooed on his chest and a banner beneath him that reads: "PARATI DEFEFENDERE" or "Ready to Defend." and shows the US Air Corps symbol, a white star with a red center, against a blue background. The reverse features a pinback with no maker.
