ARTIFACT: This is a great circa 1900 New York State Reformatory Transfer Agent Badge in silver plated nickel. This was most likely used by an agent of the Elmira Reformatory, run by the controversial Zebulon Brockway.

SIZE: Size: 2" x 1-3/4
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver plated nickel.
ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with over-under catch
