Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a great circa 1964 Japanese-made United States Air Force 80th Tactical Fighter Squadron jacket patch. This patch dates from the F-105 Thunderchief period. It is large, and shows the head of an aboriginal man alongside a spear.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1964.

SIZE:

Approximately 4-13/16" in height and 3-3/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester/silk threads.
