This is a great 1950s ambulance driver hat badge for the Blue Ambulance Service. A nice enameled blue ambulance sits above a wing and between the words BLUE AMBULANCE.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" in height and 2-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with blue enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:HOOK-FAST PROVIDENCE R.I. on backing, two stabilization posts.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows some light wear and tarnish; all enamel is intact.
