This is a Circa 1960 Doctors Ambulance Driver Hat Badge from Seattle Washington by Blackinton. Name & Phone # of original wearer scratched on back, Hard to make out.

Circa 1960.
SIZE:
Approximately: 3" in height x 2-13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:
Gilt brass with hard fired blue enamel.
ATTACHMENT:
Single screw post with disc backing.
