ARTIFACT:
Great 1930's - 1940's Sterling Silver "Sheriff" Model Trophy buckle by Keyston Brothers of San Francisco, California. The ornate and intricately detailed belt buckle features a raised, five point star with a gold filled horse's head embellishment in the center. The reverse shows a maker's mark that reads: "KEYSTON BROS. S.F. CALIF. STERLING 1/10 14K"
VINTAGE:
Circa 1930's - 1940's.
SIZE:
Approximately 3-1/2" in length x 2-1/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:
Engraved, stamped, sterling, gold-filled horse head at center.
ATTACHMENT:
Bar and hinged prong.
