ARTIFACT: Great 1930's - 1940's Cowboy sterling horseshoe and silver dollar belt buckle. The nicely embellished horseshoe buckle's center features a 1921 Silver Dollar featuring Lady Liberty in the center and surrounding it reads: "E PLURIBUS UNUM", "1921" and the reverse shows an eagle and surrounding it reads: "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN GOD WE TRUST ONE DOLLAR", and also shows a nice maker's mark that reads: "M D CO. STERLING".

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's - 1940's.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in length x 2-3/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling, Silver Dollar.

ATTACHMENT: To be worn on a Belt.

MARKINGS: "M D CO. STERLING"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a western collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAJJX16 LCFEX2/16 SCFEX05/02

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The buckle shows minor to moderate wear and overall tarnish, a few small spots of verdigris, overall very fine condition.
