This is a minty circa 1940s or 1950s sterling silver cowboy belt buckle by Irvine & Jachens of San Fancisco, California. The buckle has lots of engraved details, including flowers, roped designs and a five-point star at the center. In the center of the star is a raised gilt brass horse's head.
VINTAGE:Circa 1940s-1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/16" in height and 3-1/2" in length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver, gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:Buckle, prong.
