This is a great 1930's - 1940's Grant County, New Mexico sheriff's posse badge. The badge reads SHERIFF'S POSSE GRANT COUNTY N.M. and shows a lawman on horseback at center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930's - 1940's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 1-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass with blue paint.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in locking catch.
