This is a great circa 1920s New Jersey State Department of Health Maternal and Child Health badge. The badge is in yellow, blue and white enameled brass and shows a young girl at its center.

Circa 1920s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in diameter.

Enameled gilt brass.

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
