This is a Gorgeous & RARE 1880's - 1890's USN Lt. Shoulder Rank Straps in Bullion by Pettibone.

1880's - 1890's.

Approximately 4-1/2" in height x 1-5/8" in width.

Bullion, wire, and silk / cotton embroidery with a Silk backing. Brass.
