Extremely rare WWII United States Army Harbor Defenses, Portsmouth, New Hampshire fire department lieutenant badge. The center of the badge shows a fire trumpet and surrounding it reads: "HARBOR DEFENSES PORTSMOUTH N.H." The top of the badge shows an eagle with a bowed head and spread wings and just below it reads: "LIEUT."
