ARTIFACT: This is an extremely rare variant of a World War II United States Army CBI (China-Burma-India) theatre-made shoulder patch. The patch was machine embroidered in India. It shows a crest bearing red and white stripes with a white Chinese 12-ray sun and star against a field of blue.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Appr: 3" x 2-3/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidered multi-colored Silk on black cotton twill backing.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Light fraying and dirtying.
