This is an extremely rare variant of a World War II United States Army CBI (China-Burma-India) theatre-made shoulder patch. The patch was machine embroidered in India. It shows a crest bearing red and white stripes with a white Chinese 12-ray sun and star against a field of blue.

SIZE:Appr: 3" x 2-3/8"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Embroidered multi-colored Silk on black cotton twill backing.
