This is a theater-made World War II United States Army CBI (China-Burma-India) shoulder patch. The design of the patch is a white Chinese sun and star against a blue twill background with red and white silk stripes below.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3-3/8" in height and 2-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads, silk, muslin backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
