Extremely Rare (Only 1 Extant?) Boxer Rebellion Era Shanghai Fire Brigade Pass

This is an extremely rare Boxer Rebellion era fire pass for the Shanghai Fire Brigade, and possibly the only one extant. The Boxer Rebellion afflicted China from 1898 through 1901, ushering in atrocities and acts of aggression perpetrated by and against Chinese nationalists tired of foreign influence and promoters of Christianity. The badge shows a Y at its center that is made up of various participant-nation's flags. Viewable at bottom right is the American Flag and the Flag of Great Britain, along with possibly the Imperial German Flag. Not certain which section represents which country beyond that, but somewhere in there also included are the flags of France, Russia, Japan, Italy, British India and Austria-Hungary, and three other countries.
