This is an circa early World War II Royal Air Force pilot wing. The wing is in embroidered wool and is slightly padded. It has been removed form a uniform.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/2" in height and 4-3/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool with cotton/silk embroidery, burlap backing, padding.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The wing has been removed from a uniform and has some light wear.
