Description

ARTIFACT:

This is an early World War II patch for the United States Army Air Forces 60th Fighter Squadron, 33rd Fighter Group, 12th Air Force. This squadron flew P-40 aircraft, and the patch shows a crow with a red machine gun against a olive field.

VINTAGE:

Circa early World War II.

SIZE:

4-15/16" diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully-embroidered cotton patch.
