ARTIFACT: This is a great old circa early 1950s airline uniform tie clip for the Flying Tiger Line, which began in 1945 as the first commercial air cargo company in the US and was later a military charter outfit until 1989. The clip has the "shark mouth" (2nd Issue) logo enameled in red and blue and was made by Anson.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 7/16" in height and 2-5/8" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Clip.

MARKINGS: Anson.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline uniform pin collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VGEX13 LAGEX11/13 SAGEX12/16

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The clip has some light wear only.
