ARTIFACT: Classic, iconic, late 1942 – early 1943 United States Army Air Forces CATF China Air Task Force (14th Air Force predecessor) large, multi-piece leather jacket patch, Chinese-made. The center shows a roaring winged tiger and above a white five-point star with a red center.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1942 – early 1943

SIZE: Approximately 4-7/8" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Multi-piece leather construction, cotton thread, paint
