Description
This is a circa 1975 United States Navy USS Preble (DDG-46) belt buckle. The USS Preble was a destroyer laid down at Bath Iron Works in Bath, Maine and launched May 23, 195She was decommissioned in November 199The buckle was made by Zippo, a company much more well known for their lighters than accessories.
VINTAGE:Circa 1975.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/8" in height and 2-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome-plated solid brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Buckle: swiveling flap and roll bar.
MARKINGS:ZIPPO BRADFORD PA. SOLID BRASS MADE IN U.S.A.
