This is a 1950s patch for the United States Navy destroyer USS Perry (DD-844). The Perry was launched at Bath, Maine on October 25, 1945, and started her career patrolling post-War European waters. She was decommissioned on July 1, 1973.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-7/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
