This is a circa 1970 jacket patch for the United States Navy Combat Air Crew #3 Patrol Squadron 46 (VP-46). The patch shows the Andy Capp cartoon character straddling a plane while holding a beer bottle.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970.
SIZE:Approximately 5-3/8" in height and 4-7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads with mesh backing.
