ARTIFACT:

This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 32nd Armored Division, notably the group with which Elvis Presley served. The DI is a gold crest with a scarlet multi-pronged symbol to represent striking firepower, and reads VICTORY OR DEATH.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:G23 IRA GREEN INC. MADE IN USA.
ITEM NOTES:The DI you receive will either be the one pictured or one ins similar condition. This is from a United States Army DI collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LABX5/11
CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent-): The DI shows some light abrasions.
