Circa 1960s Dekalb County, Delaware Police Patch

This is a circa 1960s patch for the Dekalb County, Delaware Police Department. The large patch is embroidered upon black twill and reads JUSTICE and SERVICE at the sides.

Approximately 5-3/8" in height and 3-5/16" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester thread, mesh backing.
