This is a 1960s Delaware State Police patch. It is in yellow wool felt embroidered with the state seal and motto, Liberty and Independence. The border is embroidered.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-9/16" in height and 3-11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
