This is a 1960s Pennsylvania State Police patch. It is embroidered on wool felt and shaped like a keystone.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 4-3/16" in height and 4-3/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, muslin backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
