This is a 1970's Pennsylvania State Police patch. It is shaped like a keystone, and embroidered on wool felt with thick lettering.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970's.
SIZE:Approximately 4-3/16" in height and 4-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/polyester threads, vinyl-coated backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The patch shows little wear.
