This is a circa 1960's Delaware State Police patch. It is in yellow wool felt embroidered with the state seal and motto, Liberty and Independence. The border is not embroidered.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately 5" in height and 4-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The patch shows hardly any wear.
