This is a circa 1960s patch for the Coaticook, Quebec Police Department in Canada. The large patch is embroidered upon white twill and has a fleur-de-lis at the center.

Approximately 3" in height and 4-3/8" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester thread, mesh backing.
