This is a circa 1950s flight attendant hat badge for World Airways, which began in 194The badge is in rolled gold, and shows a red enameled globe at its center. It has a maker mark on reverse.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post, post with clutch-backs.
MARKINGS:GOLD FRONT ED JONES.
