This is a circa 1950 Mitchel Air Force Base Fire Department crash crew crew chief badge. The badge shows an eagle at top and reads CREW CHIEF MITCHEL AIR FORCE BASE F.D.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950.
SIZE:2-9/16" height and 1-13/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass with black painted letters.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in swivel catch.
