ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1950 Bangor Air Base Fire Department crash crew badge. The badge shows an eagle at top and firefighting equipment at center and reads BANGOR AIR BASE FIRE DEPT. U.S.A.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1950.

SIZE:

About 2-1/8" in height and 1-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass with black painted letters.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with come-under swivel catch.
