ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1945 United States Army 9th Air Force distinctive insignia pin made in the China-Burma-India theatre. The pin is badge-shaped and shows a 9 with spread wings and a star.

VINTAGE: Circa 1945.

SIZE: 1-3/16" height and 1-1/16" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Aluminum with painted areas.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under "C" catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEX02 SEJX9/15

CONDITION: 4 (Very Good-): The pin shows significant wear and tarnishing.
