This is a rare circa 1945 Belgian-made Royal Air Force pilot wing. The wing is delicately embroidered upon wool in tan thread with red tracery for added detail.
VINTAGE:Circa 1945 (late World War II).
SIZE:Approximately 1-11/16" in height and 5" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool with cotton/silk embroidery.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The wing has only light wear and a few moth bites.
