This is an exquisite circa 1887 gold badge from the 18th Separate Company, New York National Guard. The badge is finely-detailed rifle draped with a banner reading 18 SEPARATE CO. 1887.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1887.

SIZE:

9/16" height and 1-11/16" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with "C" catch.
